How to join the Fighters or Mages guild in ESO

Joining the Fighters and Mages guild when you start out on your journey is recommended for all players. There are no negatives and you never know when you might need the skills these two guilds have to offer.

In order to join you need to speak to the quest givers in the respective halls in your home alliance town. This is Davon’s Watch – Stonefalls (Ebonheart Pact), Vulkhel Guard – Auridon (Aldmeri Dominion), Daggerfall – Glenumbra (Daggerfall Covenant).

You can join and open these skill lines straight away and then work towards levelling up the skill line by either completing daily quests from the guild halls or completing dolmens for fighters guild and reading lore books for mages guild.
