How to get the free Bog Dog pet

With the release of Blackwood in Elder Scrolls Online you can get a free non-combat pet by completing a short quest.

  • Read letter just West of Blackwood Crossroads Wayshrine which will start the Lost in the Wilds quest.
  • The letter will tell you three locations and three named enemies to kill.
  • Fjaldar the Vicious. Last seen in the hills around Leyawiin.
  • Vasha the Wicked. Last seen in the swamps near Gideon.
  • Binghim the Quick. Last seen in the bogs surrounding Stonewastes.
  • After killing all three return to read another letter and be directed to the deadlands.
  • Go to the deadlands and find the body with another letter.
  • After reading the letter your quest is complete and you can find your Bog Dog pet in your collections.

TIP: To get to the deadlands look on your guild roster for anyone already there and teleport to them.

Starting point – Small Blue, Kill three named enemies found in circled areas.
