Is the mod Skyrim Together available on Console?

Unfortunately due to the closed nature of consoles many of the Skyrim mods are not available. Skyrim Together mod is only available on PC.

Although there are mods available for console Skyrim Together is not available on Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo Switch.
